Mike Wolff handles of land, commercial, and developer/builder funding requests we receive from our network of contacts at Gourmet Real Estate and S. Robert August & Company, Inc. Mike comes to you as a veteran of three decades in land, development, construction, and since 2000, what he refers to as “outside the box real estate,” which happens to be his email address at Yahoo.com. His function with us includes securing both institutional and private sources of JV and fee financing, real estate purchases, sales, and exchanges, along with other creative ways of making transactions happen. Through his affiliations, Mike draws from a deep local and national reservoir of real estate brokers, investors, and entrepreneurs that assist our developer and builder clients with financing and sales of larger land and commercial assets, both locally and nationally.
