As President of Gourmet Real Estate, Jason works with builders, developers, and others to cost-effectively enhance their visibility in the marketplace and increase profits.

Prior to his current tenure at Gourmet Real Estate, Jason assisted clients of S. Robert August & Company, Inc. with their business development and strategy. Jason was on the original executive team of Build-A-Bear Workshop, an international retail chain. He also started a real estate corporation in San Clemente, California, and refined technology for the United States Army.

Jason graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, and studied at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. He is a licensed real estate broker, holding both CSP and CMP designations. He is a member the Home Builders Association of Denver, the Colorado Association of Home Builders, and the National Association of Home Builders.

As a long time resident of the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area, Larry has spent more than three decades in local sales.  His many years in the area have given him the opportunity to handle many different types of transactions in many different market situations.  Since 2006, he has helped homeowners and businesses make the best real estate choices in today's marketplace.  Larry actively serves his community through a variety of philanthropic and volunteer opportunities, and looks forward to serving you!
