Commitment

Accessibility statement

We want this site to work for everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or reduced-motion settings.

The standard we build to

We target conformance with theWeb Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2at Level AA. In practice that means the following are treated as requirements rather than enhancements.

  • Text meets a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5 to 1 against its background in both themes.
  • Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus ring.
  • Pages use real semantic structure: one H1, ordered headings, landmarks, and genuine tables for tabular data.
  • Images carry descriptive alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Animation respects the operating system reduced-motion setting and is disabled when that setting is on.
  • Form fields have persistent visible labels rather than placeholder-only labels.
  • Content reflows without horizontal scrolling down to a 320 pixel viewport width.

Light and dark themes

The site follows your operating system's light or dark preference and can be switched manually with the control in the header. Both themes are tested against the same contrast requirements. Your choice is remembered in your browser and applied before the page renders, so the theme does not flash on load.

Known limitations

Several team photographs are low-resolution originals that predate this site. They are presented at a size where they remain clear, but they cannot be enlarged without softening. We are replacing them as higher-resolution originals become available.

Tell us if something is broken

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to hear about it and we will fix it. Call +1 720-466-7100 or use ourcontact form. Describing the page and what happened helps us reproduce the problem quickly. If the form itself is the barrier, please call.
