This policy explains what Gourmet Real Estate, Inc. collects through gourmetrealestate.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It covers this website. It does not cover information you give us in the course of a signed brokerage engagement, which is governed by that agreement and by Colorado real estate license law.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number, company if you provide one, the topic you select, and the message you write. We ask for these because we cannot respond to an inquiry without a way to reach you.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. It sets cookies and records pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring site, and general device and browser characteristics. IP addresses are anonymized by Google before storage. We do not receive your name or contact details from analytics.
Your theme preference, light or dark, is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information, and we never have.
- We do not share your inquiry with other brokerages, lenders, builders, or lead buyers.
- We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled out the contact form.
Who processes data on our behalf
- Netlify hosts the site and receives contact form submissions.
- Google Analytics provides aggregate traffic measurement.
Each acts as a service provider. We do not authorize either to use your information for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation, and are reviewed periodically. Analytics data is retained on Google's default schedule. If you would like your inquiry deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Your rights
Under the Colorado Privacy Act, Colorado residents have the right to confirm whether we process their personal data, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, to obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. We do not engage in targeted advertising, sale, or profiling, so that last right has nothing to act on here.
To exercise any of these, submit a request through our contact form or call +1 720-466-7100. We do not publish an email address, so the form is the written channel. We will respond within 45 days. If we decline, you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may contact the Colorado Attorney General.
Do Not Track and opt-out
You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using theGoogle Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser. The site is fully functional either way.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. The current version is always the one published here.
